1. Nature of Service
DB Card Payment Services operates as a referral and consultancy agent. We advise local businesses on payment solutions and introduce them to DOJO for onboarding and payment processing services.
All payment processing services are provided by DOJO and governed by their own merchant terms, which will be presented at the time of onboarding. We do not process card payments or handle your funds directly.

2. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during our consultation. We are not liable for delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect data.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome
We strive to recommend the best payment setup for your business, but we do not guarantee approval, specific transaction rates, or service features. Final decisions, onboarding, and contracts are managed directly by DOJO.

4. Fees & Commissions
DB Card Payment Services may receive a commission from DOJO when a business signs up for services via our referral. This does not affect the cost to the client or alter the rates presented by DOJO.

 
5. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to provide helpful, professional advice, we are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or failures within DOJO’s payment systems

• Issues relating to hardware, connectivity, or payment settlement

• Any loss of revenue or business resulting from use or non-use of suggested services

Your contractual relationship for payment services is solely with DOJO.

6. Support & Complaints
We offer pre-sale and onboarding support. For technical issues, transaction disputes, or account-specific queries, please contact DOJO’s support team directly.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated on our website and effective upon publication.
